I believe this to be a "flacon de le sac", aka a bottle for the purse. There is nothing left inside, however the scent is still quite strong when the bottle is opened. This can be a simple display piece or used for a decant of Arpege. It is fully opaque so light cannot get to any perfume inside. There are some marks from wear due to age and a brown spot near the lip on the side.
Front engraved with the iconic picture and "Lanvin". Bottom reads "Lanvin Parfums, INC. / New York Dist. / Arpege 1/8 fl. oz."

This bottle was purchased at an estate auction and is now being kept inside an envelope inside a closed box away from sunlight. We cannot vouch for how it was handled prior to coming into our care.
