Adenosine and caffeine hair tonic
One study found that a hair tonic containing 0.75% adenosine and 1.5% caffeine significantly increased hair density in men and women with hair loss. The study also found that subjects were highly satisfied with the product and reported no serious side effects.
Caffeine-based topical liquid
A study found that a 0.2% caffeine-based topical liquid was noninferior to a 5% minoxidil solution in treating male androgenetic alopecia. Both treatments were well tolerated.
