I saw this at an estate and I HAD to grab it. I love vintage Lisner pieces!
This is a large brooch/pin. It's about 3 1/4" long x 1 1/4" wide. Gold tone metal throughout and light green enamel on the flower petals.
There's very obvious enamel that has worn away, but all of the Aurora Borealis rhinestones are there.
The brooch/pin is stamped Lisner on the back.
