Brand new and in the box. It was sealed, but I did break the seal to verify that it is in fact brand new. The box is in great condition besides having some liquid stains on the very top, please see pictures.
Extremely collectible department 56 the house actually lights up!
This was produced in 2004 and it has been stored in a finished basement bedroom for 21 years. It does have a slight musky/smoky odor that may or may not be noticeable to anybody else.
