This rare vintage snow globe features Disney's character, Mickey Mouse, in a whimsical and nostalgic design. The globe was manufactured in Hong Kong during the 1950's and is a unique must-have. It is believed to be one of the earliest souvenirs from Disneyland in Anaheim, CA, which opened in 1955. Some normal expected paint wear and scratches. The water has dried up and left the glitter dried to the side. I have not filled it with water to test. The snow globe just needs to have its water replenished to return it to it's full glory. Overall item is in GREAT CONDITION, especially for a toy from the 50's. Perfect for any Disney collector or fan, both young or young at heart.
