This antique set contains a hair receiver and Trinket Jar. Both are 3 legged each having a leg repaired in each piece. Up to the very early 1920s woman saved their hair from hair brushes to use in various ways from stuffing pillows to pin cushions. Some would even weave the hair to extend other materials.
