This TV is tested and works. It doesn't include a remote or the DVD player. You can get a cheap universal remote on Amazon (what I used to test this). The ears speakers seem to work perfectly. They aren't the best quality speakers though, there's a slight high pitched not in the background sometimes. The speakers on the bottom don't seem to work, but I'm not sure if they ever did because this one has the ears speakers. Needs a little cleaning up. I will not be accepting returns on this item. Look at pictures for condition and to see exactly what you'll be getting.
