If you like strange looking pieces this one definitely fits the bill, It is marked on the bottom and was made in 1976. This is a brown glaze heavy ceramic project piece. Whoever did this put a lot of detail in it, and it is still in great shape after all of these years. You won't find another one like this. It is about 6.5" high and 8" wide, and would be perfectly useable if you wanted to brew some tea. I don't know what this artist was going for but according to AI it looks like some kind of stone or tree. Definitely a conversation starter. It seems very off kilter, but this obviously was not their first attempt at doing pottery. Add this piece to your decorative teapot collection and watch the jaws drop.
