Richard Underbaggage Sioux Hand Painted double-sided Native American Decorative Pottery Vase.
He is affiliated with Sioux Indians. This pillow vase with hole like handle is Beautifully hand made. It's a little over 7" tall and a little over 6"wide. Across the opening on top is about 1 and 3/4. The vase art work is painted using underglaze. It's glazed around the underglaze. It's glazed inside and can hold water. I never used it. Just decoration only. No cracks, chips, or blemishes. I lived on Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota for over 4 years. I was part owner of a ceramic shop in Rapid City, S.D. and this is where I met him. I asked him to make me this specific piece x 2. One for my Mom and one for me. My mom passed away , so i ended up with 2. He is a very talented artist and a very nice man.
