I made this beautiful Saint Paddys pom-pom wreath as well as the leprechaun wired bow (so its adjustable). I wrapped the wired frame in a matte satin ribbon. It has a hanger in the back. It has a variety if green through-out. It measures approximately 13 3/4''- 14'' the wired frame is 12 inches before everything.
The sale is only for the wreath.
I can expedite the shipping if you ate willing to pay for the upgrade. It usually takes 1-6 days for shipping through UPS. That's regular shipping prices not expedited pricing.
