They feature a rose and rose buds with leaves in unusually beautiful colors. The company was known for there spray glaze technique which can be seen in the flawless sheen on these dishes.
Measurement: 6 1/2" in diameter.
The Paden City Pottery Co. operated in Paden, West Virginia between 1914 and 1963. The marking on the back would indicate these were made in December, 1953.
Good vintage condition: some minor wear on the gold trim, one plate has flea bites on the underside of the rim; no chips, cracks, or crazing.
