This is a vintage Horizon Design Chesapeake Bay SKIPJACK Model Kit #250 KD.
This is an incomplete kit.
It has the hull, basswood pieces, rigging, scale fittings and hardware.
It is missing the redwood display base, the sail cloth and instructions with templates.
This is an awesome project for someone knowledgeable and creative. You will have to handcraft missing pieces and reference photos of the skipjack. The price reflects this.
If nothing else, its a great source of parts for someone inclined. The box is stained and shows its age.
