Comes with everything seen ! Has been tested before it ships out . Blasters may have scuffs or scratches that can’t be seen in pictures . Has been lightly cleaned . Some blasters may be older which may make them more likely to malfunction and break .
I recommend fresh batteries for these motorized blasters ! The blaster that has no box powers up but darts get jammed when you try to shoot it. The one inside the box has been opened not sure if it has been used because I got these at a liquidation store.
