This is a antique previously owned candy dish or serving dish. It is hand painted. It has a textured surface with like a twist was put on the hole bowl as it was being made and it swirls. The bowl is attached permanently to the saucer and the bowl itself is 3 in. Square and the saucer is 4 inches.square. The inside has a light mist of pink around the top then gold accent. This is a very unique looking piece of porcelain. I’ve never seen anything just like it and I couldn’t find anything online just like it.
