The Lexington pattern was introduced in 1941. The water pitcher was among the available items from the beginning. The red and green colors on early Lexington pieces, including the water pitcher, were lighter. The rose was closer to pink than red. The black “upright wing” ink stamp was used to mark items from 1941 until the late 1940s. This mark is occasionally seen in green or blue. Lexington was discontinued in 1955. In wonderful preloved vintage condition with normal ware for a piece this old. See pictures for details and dimensions. There is a small minor 'half-chip' or 'bang' if you will, on the tip of the spout, as well as a stain and minimal crazing. No return on this gem, please inquire. Bundle discounts available on combined orders, see my other listings. Packed with expert care, see reviews. Gifting service available. Reuse, save our planet, spare our landfills. Blessings from VINTAGE HABITAT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST. PS:I also have the covered casserole. USA.
