Vintage 22" reproduction Simon & Halbig (S. & H.) porcelain bisque doll # 1159, size 11 head, signed in ink pen "Nancy Cook Jan. 1989". Since the Simon & Halbig company only made doll heads, the doll's body is marked "Byron Molds 1985" in several spots. Each body limb is marked with a mold # at the joint. She has red lips, an open mouth with 4 teeth showing, feathered eyebrows, fixed stationary paperweight blue eyes, a jointed body, pierced ears that go into the inside of her head, and painted lashes. 22" tall and 6 1/2" across arm to arm. She weighs 2 pounds 12.2 ounces. No hair or clothes. The S & H mark is embossed on her neck. Maybe a few light scratches on the body and head but nothing significant. Really good shape. Smoke free home.
