Mandarin collar with black embroidery. Black embroidery on the cuffs. Thin shoulder pads. High waisted. Size 4 petite. It measures 35 1/2 L. 14 1/2 across the top of the shoulders. 22 sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 17 1/2 across under the arms, 15 1/2 at the waist, 18 1/2 at the hips. Like new condition. I ship same or next business day.
