This is a small Nendoroid featuring one of the main characters from Death Note.
It's L in his normal, standing pose made to look like his hands are in his pockets. As you can see, there are extra parts to swap his arm with a shackled version! If you have the Light Yagami Nendoroid Petit, you can attach the shackle to him as well just like in the anime/manga.
These were blind box minis from the Nendoroid Petit line of figures by Good Smile. They were originally released in 2009.
They are about 3 inches tall and smaller than regular Nendoroid. The figures can be moved around slightly and can be removed from the pedestal if you prefer!
It's in new condition, but some of the metal parts of the shackle have minor rust from age(check photos 9 & 10). The box may have some tearing where the box was originally opened, but otherwise is new!
