The Blenko 384 Water Bottle was first introduced in 1938, with the number "384" indicating it was the fourth design of that year. Its narrow shape and two pouring spouts were specifically designed to fit into early refrigerator doors. Water bottle measures 8" tall and holds up to 36 fluid oz. It has some hard water stains that are hard to photograph. I tried indicating at least one of the spots with an arrow. The glass has cadmium glow under UV light.
