Pumps used twice, I didn’t respond well to them both times and the 3rd time I tried using them, the left pump would not come on or register on the app for controls. Charging case works fine and the right pump works fine as well. I’m not sure if it’s operator error or if there’s something wrong with the left pump.
My husband paid over $400 with tax the moment they were released but I’m sticking with my s12 pro’s instead. Exclusively pumping is already stressful enough without having to fight with pumps that are smarter than me.
Just trying to get back some of our money out of them since Momcozy was no help at all with replacements, guidance, etc.
This could be an easy fix for someone or even a great opportunity for many extra parts.
