Vienna born, artist Wilhelm Eder was noted for his landscapes. Many with water; lakes and ponds surrounded with hills and mountains in the distance and his signature trees. He worked in the style of Realism.
This work is signed “W. Eder” on the lower left towards the corner.
The frame appears to be original and is in wonderful vintage condition.
The painting is in wonderful condition with no issues.
The total size including the frame is 23 3/4 inches by 19 3/4 inches.
The sight of this painting measures approximately 19 1/4 inches by 15 1/2 inches.
