This is a beautiful handmade pottery jar with lid, finished in a smoky raku-style glaze with natural crackling and earthy pink, taupe, and gray tones. The piece is signed “Handmade” on the base and includes its matching lid.
It works perfectly as a decorative storage jar or lidded canister, and could also function as a small pet urn or keepsake urn if desired.
It has NOT been used for ashes or memorial purposes.
Would look lovely on a shelf, entryway table, or as part of a pottery collection.
Please note: the lid is not airtight, as is typical with handmade pottery.
