Vintage Lee Line Orange Black Witch Hand Puppet Mouth Manually Opens/Shuts 15" Including Hat. Some use wear. There is a 1/2" seam that was repaired. The red ribbon that closes the cape covers the sewing. Please see second and third to last photos. And, while you can manually get the mouth to move, it looks like, at one time, a gizmo of some sort performed that function. Please see last photo.
