This lot is close to being the complete playset but is missing a few pieces. All items in photos are included (13 little people, 7 chairs, 1 grill, 1 bed, 1 couch, 2 barber chairs, 1 telephone booth, only 1 piece of mail, 1 table with umbrella, 1 small table, 1 car, 1 mail truck, 1 police car, & 1 fire truck) Item is in good vintage condition. There is some discoloration and wear due to age. The bedding on the yellow bed was damaged and has mostly fallen off. All functions are working. Garage doors open and close. Firehouse makes noise by turning knob on top. Jail cell door closes. Car lift in garage can be raised. Street light can be changed to red, yellow or green.
