This is a vintage McDonalds Happy Meal Madame Alexander mini doll of Minnie Mouse from Disney.
The doll was mint IN baggie until recently, when the bottom of the bag split open from age. So the doll has never been played with.
She is very cute with her little red polka dot dress, her DisneyWorld mouse ears, and a black ribbon to represent a mouse tail. She has lullaby eyes that close when she lays down. She is about 5 inches tall.
