Karen Kane women’s black midi length skirt with interior stays near the hem that can be bustled to give a layered, bubble slightly flounced look that is a great addition to a goth Lagenlook steam punk aesthetic or a witch Halloween costume. If you untie the stage, it is a regular midi Link black skirt. White band stretchy waist measures approximately 14 inches across when relaxed and about 35 inches long. The fabric is cotton and spandex blend with a good amount of stress, retch at the waist and hip.
