A lovely 2 PC natural material rose carved earrings. I have only seen two others that were identified as Ivory for these earrings. I, at first thought they might be celluloid, but they are cool to the touch on the cheek and gritty to glassy on the teeth. Almost like how coral would feel, ( a magnified pic of the material is posted) . I love the look of the 2pcs together, but its nice to be able to wear them as a stud . There is a small bite out of one of the rose attachment pieces ( see pic), but nothing you notice wearing. The post is silvertone metal. Circa 1940's to 1950's.
