Hawmps? DVD presents a family comedy classic from Joe Camp, the creator of Benji. The movie is based on the fact-based comedy about a rather strange U.S. Cavalry experiment in Texas before the Civil War, which involved replacing traditional horses with camels, thought to carry bigger loads and withstand harsher desert conditions. Golden Globe nominee James Hampton (The Longest Yard) stars as Lieut. Howard Clemmons, who is determined to win over veteran "horse soldiers" like Sgt. Uriah Tibbs (Christopher Connelly). Howard's journey leads him to Jennifer (Mimi Maynard), the daughter of Col. Hawkins (Pyle), and eventually involves rescuing Sgt. Tucker (Pickens) and several of his men from Bad Jack Cutter (Elam).
The DVD case as well as the DVD are in excellent condition. The DVD has no scratches or marks on it.
