In very good condition considering its age. No rips, tears or thread unraveling. The eyes have light scratches & the spots on his flower have light crinkling due to age (really unavoidable).
This derpy Venasaur plush was re-called in 2004 by Tomy due to people finding broken needle tips. Making this plush even more rarer.
I’m not sure the date it was released but it looks early 2000’s & was only released in Japan.
