Brand new never used or setup. I bought it thinking it was plug and play but you have to buy some other stuff to make it work. If you know electrical stuff this would be pretty easy to set up on your motorcycle or boat or anything. I also included my old quadlock stem mount so if you do decided to install it on a motorcycle.
The charger is 75 and the stem mount is another 60 hence why I have it at a 85 Firm
