A 12x8mm or 3ct PEAR CUT blue tourmaline.
POSSIBLY topaz, but do to the Pleochroism & mica flashes I’m going with tourmaline.
stone is IF to VVS. Probably treated to get this deep color. May be
Color shifts slightly. Greys greens faint lavenders, deep and light blues all show. Stone appear vivid blue at times and deep blue/grey at times.
