This is a pair of two different eyelet pliers, one pair are made by W. Schollhorn, Bernard. Patent 1890
The other pair has an inscription West germany, but I see no other words or numbers. Both pairs of pliers work as they should also included is 250 eyelets. No issues with either tool, see pictures for more details
