This listing is for Spookytown Fire Department. The item is good condition. All the lights are in working order. I am not seeing any missing pieces from the building. The tab is ripped off of the box. The strap is missing from around the Styrofoam. Please pictures.

Item was always stored individually in a climate-controlled room. If you have questions, please ask. I will bundle. Please note: If you are new to Lemax, they are fragile.
