Had it shortened, but the seamstress did not hem the bottom, the edge was left raw so it is tattered on the bottom after being worn. There is a small defect on the tulle in the back as well. The size of the dress was not altered. No size is visible since this dress was bought as a sample, but fits like an 8 or so. The waist measurement is shown while it's laying flat, and can fit a 34DD or 36D bra size. It's not pure white, closer to off white or ivory.
Comes with a matching tie belt, has a bustle on the back, faux button zip closure, tulle sleeves were added. Also comes with a garment bag.
Any good seamstress can take off the bottom inch and hem it.
