Early 1980's vintage blouson dress. Features a shear lace overlay that creates the appearance of a blouse and drop waist skirt. The left shoulder has an attached rhinestone and velour accent, the skirt has two tiers, elastic wrists, and a few small snags - overall in great shape! Good for Mother of the bride/groom, date night, wedding guest, Christmas, holidays, New Years Eve and more!
