This Collection Française is produced today from the original 19th Century Moulds with the same quality and techniques used by the European craftsmen over the centuries.

ÉMILE BRUCHON was a quintessential Belle Époque French decorative artist known for his lamps, clocks, and bronze statuettes. Bruchon’s work is characterized by finely detailed decorative motifs embedded in otherwise utilitarian objects. Little is known of his life, other than that he exhibited in Paris Salons during the 1880s, and that he was born in 1806 and died in 1895.

J. B. Hirsch is the founder of the Collection Française which is featured in the Encyclopedia of Bronzes, Sculptors & Founders 1800-1930s,
