This came in a roll I got from the bank, and I had never seen one. Apparently, it was a promotion from some bank in 80's bringing attention to the Lincoln Kennedy coincidences. Noting there had been several attempts at faking the Kennedy stamp on some, through my research this one is the actual stamp. The reverse still has the remnants of the glue used to affix the penny to the sheet of paper it came with the listed all the Lincoln/Kennedy similarities.
