Vintage 1950s Sleepy Baby Doll Plush Rubber Face. The music box isn’t working, the knob is missing. You can feel the box inside her but there is no knob to test it. Doll has marks/scuffs from age/wear as expected with something this old, also is a bit dirty, but I wasn’t sure exactly how to clean her so I left her as she is because I didn’t want to damage.
