Ceramic Lighted Fairy Christmas treehouse. This is a relatively new Claymagic piece, dated 2020. It is signed on the bottom, and proudly. made in the USA. The base is older, but, I have no information on it. It is 9 1/2 inches tall from the top of the house, to the bottom of the base. It is 6 inches wide at it's broadest. The windows are sealed with crushed class from the 1970's. The base and light kit are included. An LED bulb is also included. This will conserve on electricity. There are no ornaments on the tree. The light filters through tiny holes in the tree. A little snowman guards the door with a cheerful smile. This little house is absolutely perfect for Tinkerbell should she decide to relocate. The house lights up beautifully and would grace a child's room, a window sill or table top. Pricing is firm. No offers will be accepted.
