Rare cast aluminum Match Holder/Safe made by Virginia Metalcrafters in Williamsburg. This 'Match Girl' is not painted. She is clearly marked on the back with the Virginia Metalcrafters logo, and MATCH GIRL 69. She measures about 6.5 long and 4 wide. Matches can be put in both sides of her raised dress and she is bare breasted. This is an older piece and has the logo that they used to use. It is rare, especially in this excellent condition with clear markings.
