Typically you want to export your audio in what are called stems. Stems are simply summary tracks of each main audio source. You’ll usually have one stereo or surround stem for your dialogue, one for your music, and one for your sound effects. Since we’ve already created sub-mix buses for each of our stems, the heavy lifting is already done. You should now be able to either record to each sub-mix, or directly export the sub-mix to disc, as seen here in Audition. You’ll also want to export the master mix.
