DCI P3 is the color space prescribed for digital cinema projectors.

Compared to the HDTV standard color space, the DCI P3 color space has more saturated primary colors.
It is currently used as a standard for movies since it is approximately the size of the filmic color space. DCI P3 is characterized by its deeper and more saturated reds and greens.
