Juan Pons is a professional wildlife and nature photographer, photo workshop leader, author and teacher. His work has been featured on numerous publications, including Sierra Magazine, Nature Conservancy, Audubon Magazine, Audubon North Carolina, Wildlife in North Carolina, The Independent, Museums, art galleries, private collections and more. With a computer engineering background, Juan has been on the forefront of digital photography, imaging and printing. He has been shooting exclusively in digital for 10 years and now shoots videos exclusively on HD-DSLRs. Juan travels extensively to shoot but also to teaches at many events thru out the world and is the co-founder of The Digital Photo Experience, one of the leading photography websites and podcasts on the internet.
